The Banks provides a world class location, located along downtown Cincinnati’s riverfront, directly inbetween the Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds stadiums and is comprised of 592 class A residential units and 100,000 square feet of commercial space.  By leveraging Crawford Hoying’s expertise in managing mixed use, lifestyle locations we are able to deliver consistent strong quarterly cash flow to our investors.

Canyon Park

Canyon Park is a student housing conversion to market rate asset that SW Capital along with Inman Equities acquired in 2021. Our group successfully finished construction of 108 of the 252 units and stabilized the property with rents that exceeded our business proforma. The property was recently refinanced in Q1 of 2023 with a significantly higher valuation than the purchase price allowing for a strong equity recapitalization.

The hotels provide strong cash-on-cash returns; due to the purchase timing valuation of low-interest rates and covid valuations. With the consumer coming and returning to travel, this strategy has played out well.

The North Cincinnati Apartment Portfolio was purchased in partnership with one of SW Capital’s operating partners, The Ten27 Group. The multifamily portfolio has a value add component which we were able to implement from day 1 with success. We have recently acquired the neighboring property with the same business model and additional economies of scale.

The Schreiber Industrial Property was purchased alongside one of SW Capital’s operating partners, The AM Group. The AM Group sourced this off market deal with a strong leasing strategy and a CapEx model that has proven to increase significant value. The anchor tenant has leased more square feet at the proforma rents since the purchase in May 2022.
